The first thing that comes to mind when I think of my experience with John is exceptional amounts of gratitude. Let me start by saying if you are buying a home in Colorado Springs in this market, YOU NEED JOHN AS YOUR REALTOR, PLAIN AND SIMPLE. This has been a long, stressful journey for me and my family, we started looking two years ago but got discouraged because at that point we had no realtor and where driving around house to house calling people and going online only to find out the houses we where looking at had sold days or weeks ago, after calling countless realtors and feeling utterly lost we got discouraged and renewed our lease. Right after I happened to find a house that I loved, and reach out regarding the property, John happened to be the Realtor and called me to introduce himself and listened intently to my babble on how I had lost hope and had resigned my lease. He sent me his personal list for an entire year and kept in contact with me, when my lease was almost up John picked up right where we left off, he made sure the move in date would line up, giving my family enough time to comfortably move in. THEN WE GOT STARTED! Little advice for anyone reading this and feeling discouraged that maybe you won’t find the perfect home for your family, you will IF YOU CALL JOHN. He will find the perfect house for you and be there with you every step of the way. I can’t tell you how many times I called him, mornings evenings weekends, my husband said I was driving him bonkers and he could only imagine how John felt lol but he always answered and always reassured me, he never dropped the ball, he was always ahead of schedule, he went to every appointment, inspection, appraisal for me as I could not because of my work schedule. He is the most knowledgeable, professional realtor and businessman I have EVER had the pleasure of doing business with. You meet very very few people you can ACTUALLY count on for their word, JOHN does exactly what he says he will and THAT is a promise! I have so much respect for him and hope he knows how much his reassurance and countless hours of guiding us through our first home ownership meant to us, you were the VERY best part of our home buying process (outside our beautiful new home) and I am so thankful we had you. John is a real estate expert and made the purchase of my new home stress-free! He exceeded my expectations! He negotiated a garage door opener and window blinds with the builder which was a BIG plus! He went out to the property numerous times and texted me picture updates of the progress. He was always available to answer all of my questions and would even call to make sure everything was OK. Lastly, I accidentally left my purse in the conference room at closing in North Austin. I was already back in South Austin when I realized it. He drove all the way back to North Austin and picked it up for me. It made my day! That is one I’ll never forget!
